Why is my ‘limit low’
- Your account maybe pending HR approval and will get updated once the process is complete.
What do the different statuses on the transactions screen mean?
- Processing: we’re still processing your request.
- Transferring: your request is on its way.
- Completed: your request is complete.
I want to cancel a request. What should I do?
- Tap the “salary” icon in the bar at the bottom of the home page.
- Select the request you wish to cancel.
- Tap the “edit” button.
- Select “cancel transaction.”
- If you can’t see a cancel button, it’s because the request has already been processed and is on its way.
How are installments deducted?
- Each installment is deducted automatically from your future monthly salaries. There’s no need to make any bank transfers or have sufficient funds in your account.
