I would like to enroll my company or a different company in NowPay. What should I do?
  • Sign up through learn.nowpay.com/sales or email us at team@nowpay.cash
Why is my ‘limit low’
  • Your account maybe pending HR approval and will get updated once the process is complete. 
What do the different statuses on the transactions screen mean?
  • Processing: we’re still processing your request.
  • Transferring: your request is on its way.
  • Completed: your request is complete.
I want to cancel a request. What should I do?
  • Tap the “salary” icon in the bar at the bottom of the home page.
  • Select the request you wish to cancel.
  • Tap the “edit” button.
  • Select “cancel transaction.”
  • If you can’t see a cancel button, it’s because the request has already been processed and is on its way.
How are installments deducted?
  • Each installment is deducted automatically from your future monthly salaries. There’s no need to make any bank transfers or have sufficient funds in your account.
